1. Where do you deliver?
We have a mature logistics system.We are mainly targeting market in USA/CA/AUS/UK/EU ect and we support shipping service to above area.

2How long can I receive my package ?
Normal shipping 10-15 business days.
Expedited Shipping 5-10 business days.

3. Do you offer free shipping service ?
Yes, we offer free shipping.

4. Which carrier do you use?
We use UPS/DHL/USPS and local Quality Post office.

5. How to track my order ?
Once the package was shipped,you will received an email/SMS from amopetric-shop,we will update the tracking number there.You can also login you account and click tracking number in your order.You can also find your order on this page.

6. Do I need to pay for the tax ?
We offer free tax service for almost order. (For wholesale orders please contact sales representative directly.)

7. Can I ship my package to another shipping address ?
Yes,we can ship the package to another shipping address,however,please make sure it is a efficient address.If you paid by credit cart,please make sure it is the same shipping address&billing address.Otherwise,you need email us at gechao@amopetric.com to change your address after you made the purchased asap.

8. What if I leave a wrong shipping address ?
If you have leave a wrong address you can contact us before we ship the package.
For order we have shipped,you can also correct the shipping address by email us and we will arrange the resend after the package is return.However you need to pay for the resend cost $9.9-$19.9.

1. How to get a discount before I make the purchase ?
We offer coupon for our subscriber by email/SMS/pop-up,you can get the code from there and apply it when checkout.By the way,we do have sales promotion and you can easily find it the code in the homepage banner and apply it when checkout.
